Strategic Planning is a hands-on approach to assisting your organization with communication, strategic planning and organizational goal setting.

The program begins with four sessions to improve communication among executives and to establish a framework for future planning.  A second level of workshops are designed to facilitate sustainable planning and goal setting with action items.  Morris Interactive has recently used this process in our office and have seen an improved flow of communications, enhanced understanding, and greater team cohesiveness.

The program is facilitated by Vince Bruni-Bossio who has a  comprehensive instructional style, a strong background in team development.
