POSITIONOVERVIEW: The Business Development Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the Business Development team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining Pipedrive CRM, coordinating and preparing documents and reports, and assisting with client follow-up and tracking. The Coordinator helps streamline processes, manage client data, and support the team in advancing new opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.

TECHNICALCOMPETENCIES:
· Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
· Understanding AI and how to leverage this tool for time management and job efficiency
· Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
· Knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams, CoPilot)
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Degree or diploma in business administration or related field
· 3-5 years of experience in business administration or business support roles
· Experience managing CRM tools (Pipedrive experience preferred)
· Knowledge and experience working with Indigenous organizations or communities
