In response to continued growth across our Business Development and Marketing functions, Morris Interactive is seeking a Specialist, Revenue Enablement to strengthen how we align people, systems, and insights across the revenue lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who loves turning data into clarity, systems into momentum, and strategy into action. You will sit at the intersection of Business Development, Marketing, and Leadership, ensuring our revenue ecosystem is connected, measurable, and optimized for sustainable growth.
This position is full-time and based out of our Head Office, with some travel required.
As the Specialist, Revenue Enablement, you will play a critical role in enabling predictable, data-informed revenue growth. You will optimize CRM and marketing technologies, improve end-to-end revenue processes, and provide leadership with meaningful insights that support decision-making.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role—ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, and acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.
You will work closely with the Director of Business Development and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own the integration, optimization, and ongoing performance of CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Ensure lead routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and attribution models are clearly defined and automated
• Maintain high data integrity to support forecasting, reporting, and demand generation
• Continuously evaluate tools and workflows to improve efficiency, visibility, and user adoption
• Design and maintain executive-level dashboards for pipeline health, forecasting, conversion rates, and revenue performance
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through visual reporting and storytelling
• Support leadership with scenario modeling, forecasting, and growth analysis
• Prepare board-ready reporting that informs strategic decisions and long-term planning
• Design, document, and improve end-to-end revenue workflows (Lead → Opportunity → Customer)
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across the revenue funnel and recommend improvements
• Standardize revenue definitions, stages, close criteria, and system language across teams
• Support change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical teams
• A highly organized, detail-oriented approach with excellent follow-through
• Advanced digital literacy and comfort working with evolving technologies
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions

• Willingness and ability to travel as required
• Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• RevOps or CRM certifications are considered an asset
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset
• 3–5 years of experience supporting executive leadership with reporting, analytics, or revenue operations
• Experience with advanced analytics, business intelligence tools, or forecasting models
