Position:                      Senior Facilitator and Human Resources Consultant

Location:                     Saskatoon, SK (other Saskatchewan cities may be considered)

Our team expertise includes areas like sales, human resources, leadership development, strategic planning, governance and a wide array of consulting services. Our Human Resources Division is experiencing rapid growth and is prompting the expansion of our HR consulting team.  We are seeking expressions of interest from HR practitioners who have the character, personality, resourcefulness and competencies to guide our clients with relevant, practical, strategic and effective HR services.

 

Some of the skills and qualifications we are seeking include:

* Superior communications skills (speaking, listening, comprehension)

* Advanced fluency in English

* Superior writing skills and document development (employment manuals, policies, procedures, job descriptions, proposals, reports, etc.)

* Minimum of 3 years of experience employed as a Human Resources professional (generalist or specialist)

* Relevant post-secondary education (preferred majors include: HR, Business, Education, Social Sciences)

* Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is preferred

* Executive Coaching Designation is helpful

* Other relevant professional certifications and/or designations are an advantage

* Experience with behavioral assessment and diagnostic tools

* Experience with personality/temperament profiling (DiSC®, MBTI, etc.)

* Effective, interesting and entertaining public speaker and presenter

* Proven ability to develop and/or adapt curriculum and training materials

* Experience conducting workshops and delivering PD courses/programs

* Skilled in the use of multi-media technology

* Proven ability to connect with a diverse, multi-generational audience

* Adaptable, resilient, able to think on your feet

* Effective organizational skills

* Professional appearance and attitude

* Passionate about producing an outstanding client and participant experience

* Leadership character and effective leadership skills (influencing, collaboration, diplomacy, change management, etc.)

* Entrepreneurial spirit with a team-work orientation

* Superior business acumen

* Highly ethical, respectful, and respectable

 

Personal Qualifications Include:

* Canadian Residency (Saskatchewan preferred)

* Permanent legal Canadian working status

* Current Canadian Driver’s License

* Willingness and ability to travel (day-trips and overnights)

* Highway-worthy vehicle

* Clean and clear criminal record check
