β€œThe course really helped me understand the potash mining process, especially when it comes to building the beltline. I appreciate the opportunities working for Noble, a contractor, has given me. I have been fortunate to learn to run heavy equipment, haul heavy materials, operate the lift basket and work at heights, and run the mining drill and plugger. I often find myself sharing pieces of knowledge about potash and the history of potash that I learned from the course to my colleagues!”
