Over his 40-year career, he has trained thousands, receiving consistent feedback averaging 9/10 for facilitation, and delivering ROI of 4 to 5 times the investment in customer service development. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, he is certified in multiple coaching and facilitation programs. Deeply connected to Indigenous communities, he has facilitated training for over four decades.

Residing in Regina Beach, he enjoys woodworking, golf, and spending time with his two adult children and grandchild.
