Marci Kyplain

As the  Operations Coordinator at Morris Interactive, she plays a pivotal role in  supporting Career Transformation programming across Saskatchewan. Serving as  the first point of contact, she leads participant recruitment and  participates in interview panels with Tanya Madden. Her expertise in planning  and coordinating events ensures a meaningful experience for each cohort, from  Opening Ceremonies to Graduation. With a focus on Career Transformation,  project management, and Indigenous partnerships, she works closely with  sectors such as Indigenous communities and mining.

A recent highlight  includes the successful delivery of the NexGen Pathways to Your Future  programs, where most students have secured employment with NexGen or  contractors.

Originally from a northern community, she has a deep connection  to the area and a passion for helping students succeed. Outside of work, she  enjoys knitting, crochet, and spending time with her children and  grandchildren. Watching her son play soccer is a cherished pastime she  wouldn’t trade for anything.
