A two-day workshop, that will help participants explore five core leadership practices from The Leadership Challenge and apply ten key behaviours to elevate their leadership abilities.  Participants walk away with practical tools to lead with authenticity, inspire others, drive innovation, empower their teams, and strengthen motivation.

Learning Outcomes:

• Model The Way - Participants will strengthen their ability to navigate differences and find common ground while learning to communicate with clarity and confidence, even in difficult situations, by aligning their actions with their core values.
• Inspire a Shared Vision - Participants will reflect on what motivates and energizes themselves and their team members. They will build confidence in expressing their vision for the future for their team and organization.
• Challenge the Process - Participants will increase their awareness of existing habits and routines, explore new ways of working and learn to engage their team in meaningful conversations about innovation and continuous improvement.
• Enable others to Act - Participants will gain a deeper understanding of what their team needs to perform at their best, and strengthen their ability to empower team members to make decisions and take initiative.
• Encourage the Heart - Participants will discover practical ways to invest in their team’s morale and motivation, and support others in building confidence and recognizing their strengths.

Where will the conference be taking place?

At the Morris Interactive Learning Centre (on the second floor of the Supreme Steel building) located in the North Corman Industrial Park.

Will breakfast be served?

Yes, a continental breakfast.

Will lunch be served?

Yes

Do we need to book our own hotel rooms?

Yes – if you are traveling from outside of Saskatoon.

Do we have to pay for parking?

No, the Morris Interactive Learning Centre has free parking.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself! All materials will be provided.

Can someone else attend on my behalf?

Yes, but we will require 2 weeks notice for this. Please email kit@morrisinteractive.ca to inquire.

Can I attend one day and have someone else attend the second?

Sorry, your seat and materials are for one participant only.

If I don’t attend, will I get a refund?

To offer a more streamlined experience for all participants, we do not offer refunds.

Can I bring a friend or colleague with me?

Of course! As long as they have been registered at least 2 weeks prior and paid for their seat. (Unless the conference is at capacity).

Can I pay for my seat after attending the conference?

Sorry, your seat is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Can I pay by cheque or invoice?

To offer a more streamlined experience, as of April 1, 2025,we are only accepting credit card payments for our conferences. If approval is needed by your supervisor,  we can send an approval package, which includes an estimate and a copy of the agenda for approval by your organization.
