This course builds on the skills from Excel Level 2. Participants will work across multiple sheets and workbooks using links, external references, and 3D references, then consolidate data for clear reporting. They will collaborate on shared files and apply protection to keep content secure. They will streamline work with data validation, find and fix invalid entries and errors, and record simple macros to automate steps. They will deepen analysis with lookup functions and dynamic arrays, and use formula auditing tools to trace, watch, and evaluate results. They will explore what if analysis with data tables, scenarios, and goal seek, forecast trends, and present insights with sparklines and maps. By the end of this course, users will manage complex workbooks with confidence, automate routine tasks, audit formulas, and present findings that support better decisions.
