Accurate minutes build trust, accountability, and transparency in communities and organizations. This workshop helps participants develop the confidence and skill to capture discussions and decisions clearly, respectfully, and effectively. By the end of the course, participants will know how to write concise and professional minutes that reflect the voice of the group and support good governance. This session is designed primarily for First Nations communities and organizations, but is open to anyone seeking to improve the clarity, professionalism, and effectiveness of their meeting records.

No, the Morris Interactive Learning Centre (located on the second floor of the Supreme Steel building) has free parking.
What do I need to bring?
You don’t need to bring anything. A laptop with the required system pre-installed will be provided for you.
If I don’t attend, will I get a refund?
To offer a more streamlined experience for all participants, we do not offer refunds.
Can I bring a friend or colleague with me?
Of course! As long as they have been registered at least 1 week prior and paid for their seat (unless the workshop is at capacity).
Can I pay for my seat after attending the training?
Sorry, your seat is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Can I pay by cheque or invoice?
To offer a more streamlined experience, as of April 1, 2025, we are only accepting credit card payments for our conferences. Contact us for more information.
