Teams that work closely together, individuals who experience workplace tension, and employees who support community members will benefit from this workshop. Reclaiming Lateral Kindness helps First Nations employees and leaders shift from lateral violence to lateral kindness by understanding its roots, restoring respect and safety in daily interactions, and creating healthier, more culturally grounded ways of working together.
