People who want to understand how their team works, reduce friction, and delegate more effectively will benefit from this workshop. Working Genius helps you understand yourself first—how you naturally approach work, where you bring your strongest contributions, and where frustration tends to show up. From there, you learn how others bring their own gifts to each stage of the work cycle, creating a clearer picture of how teams can align roles and expectations to get work done with far less friction.
Why take this course?
• Discover your natural strengths and the areas that drain your energy.
• Learn how your work style fits different stages of the project cycle.
• Improve onboarding, team design, coaching, and role clarity.
• Reduce misunderstandings and improve collaboration by aligning strengths to workflow.
Course Objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Interpret their Genius, Competency, and Frustration zones with confidence.
• Explain how their work style fits each project phase (ideation → activation → implementation).
• Distinguish between how they work (Working Genius) and how they communicate (e.g., DiSC).
• Use the Working Genius model to improve task alignment, collaboration, and project flow.
• Reduce burnout and conflict by structuring work around individual strengths.
