
As an Indigenous health expert and remote-rural health care delivery consultant at Morris Interactive, Angela guides organizations, governments, and health partners in designing and enhancing health services for Indigenous and geographically isolated communities. Her work involves translating policy, regulatory requirements, and community realities into practical service models, including culturally safe care frameworks and workforce planning strategies. With expertise in strategic planning, prevention and social services, and research analytics, she collaborates with Indigenous leadership, health authorities, and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate programs and develop effective implementation strategies. Her recent projects include the design and implementation of Team-Based Care frameworks in Northern Alberta and a qualitative narrative research project focusing on First Nation women in remote Arctic communities.
She holds a PhD(c) from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, an MN and BN from Athabasca University, and various certifications, including First Nations Health Management. Outside of her professional life, Angela enjoys gardening, travel, and fitness.
