Morgan Cey

As the Director of American Operations at Morris Interactive, Morgan is instrumental in driving business development for the USA branch while expertly managing client accounts. With a strong focus on HR, learning services facilitation, and Indigenous partnerships, he is a key player in sectors such as Indigenous, government, and education. Recently, he initiated a leadership series with the Cayuga Nation in Upstate New York and continues to enhance leadership development in Weld County, Colorado. Holding a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role.

Residing in Fort Collins, Colorado, Morgan enjoys coaching his children, Izzy, Charlie, and Finn, in hockey, baseball, and softball alongside his wife, Liz. Morgan's commitment to both professional excellence and family life underscores his balanced approach to leadership and community involvement.
