Carolyn Blushke

As the  Operations Coordinator at Morris Interactive, Carolyn plays a pivotal role in  orchestrating the logistics behind learning services sessions. Her keen  organizational skills ensure that facilitators have all the necessary  materials, while she adeptly manages the preparation and delivery of these  resources to clients and venues. With expertise in project management,  learning services facilitation, and strategic planning, Carolyn is  instrumental in serving the Indigenous, government, and education sectors.  

Recently, she collaborated with a team to revamp assessment forms, tailoring  them to better meet the needs of clients and staff alike. Carolyn holds both  an MBA and a B.Sc. from the University of Saskatchewan, underscoring her  strong educational foundation.

Outside of work, she cherishes spending time  outdoors and enjoys coffee outings with friends, bringing warmth and balance  to her professional life. Her multifaceted role at Morris Interactive  highlights her commitment to excellence and community engagement.
