
As a Senior Facilitator at Morris Interactive, Tracy designs and delivers evidence-informed learning experiences that empower individuals and organizations. Her work focuses on building empathy, psychological safety, and mental health literacy through workshops and certification programs. With expertise in Learning Services facilitation, strategic planning, and career transformation, she supports Indigenous, agriculture, and education sectors. A recent highlight includes assisting a First Nations community in developing a mental health strategy and leading the suicide prevention framework at the University of Saskatchewan. She holds a Bachelor of Human Justice and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Regina, and a Master's in Education from the University of Saskatchewan. Certified as a Registered Social Worker and a Master Trainer in several mental health programs, she is also a Certified Coach Practitioner. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys puzzling, reading, and vacationing with her family, where she is a proud wife, mom to two hockey-playing boys, and mom to two doodles.
