As a Senior Facilitator at Morris Interactive, Erica Smith brings over two decades of diverse experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant, working across corporate, nonprofit, government, and Indigenous sectors in Western Canada. Her passion for the “people side” of business has led her to specialize in facilitation and consulting, where she excels in helping professionals and organizations enhance leadership, communication, and strategic skills through tailored training and coaching. Erica is also a valued facilitator and session leader at CPA Western School of Business and a sessional lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan’s Edwards School of Business. Her expertise in learning services facilitation, career transformation, and strategic planning supports sectors such as Indigenous communities, mining, and mid-sized businesses. Notable projects include developing career transformation content for Mosaic and creating customized workshops that foster genuine connection.
Erica holds a B.Comm from the University of Saskatchewan and numerous certifications, including CPA, CA. In her personal life, she enjoys teaching group fitness, outdoor activities, and supporting her two teenagers in their sports endeavors. Born and raised in Saskatoon, Erica is deeply connected to her community and passionate about making a difference.
