
Paul is a Principal Consultant in Financial Strategy at Morris Interactive, where he expertly guides organizations in financial planning and management. With a focus on operational and financial planning, he excels in strategy and analysis, feasibility studies, and business case development. He plays a pivotal role in policy development and the launch and advancement of economic development corporations. His expertise spans Indigenous partnerships, finance, and governance, particularly in Indigenous and financial services sectors. Recently, Paul assisted with Sparrowhawk's acquisition of Temple Gardens, noted for its strong occupancy and cash flow. He also developed a health model and business case for multi-level health services in the BATC area, and enhanced budgeting and reporting skills for band governments and NPOs.
Holding a B.Comm with a double major in finance and accounting from U of S, and a CPA-CA designation, Paul is also involved in community development for homelessness and addictions. Outside of work, Paul enjoys extreme sports and drumming, and along with his wife Sarah, has fostered eight puppies from First Nation communities.
