As a Senior Consultant in Financial Strategy at Morris Interactive, Kim focuses on empowering Indigenous clients through strategic planning, operational reviews, and funding applications. Her role as project manager and report writer involves crafting comprehensive community and health plans, and she excels in creating budgets and five-year forecasts. Passionate about maximizing resources and improving efficiency, she ensures clients benefit from shared successful practices. With expertise in strategic planning, finance, and operational reviews, she supports Indigenous and government sectors. A recent project highlight includes developing strategic planning tools that engage clients in building goals and actions, seamlessly integrating them into a customizable tracking dashboard. Her operational reviews have led to significant improvements, showcasing her ability to enhance funding and efficiency. Her proposal writing has secured over $3M in funding for Indigenous organizations.

A CPA, CMA with a Diploma in Accounting from SIAST, she is also active in community roles, including serving as Director and Finance & Audit Committee Member at the Regina Humane Society. In her personal life, she co-owns the Pet Depot in Regina, enjoys family time, and cherishes her fur babies.
