
As Principal Consultant in Business & Economic Development at Morris Interactive, Rob brings a wealth of experience from his 20-year tenure as an Infantry and PSYOPS Officer in the Canadian and British Army. Transitioning from military service, Rob successfully founded multiple businesses in Defence Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Industrial Mining. At Morris Interactive, he focuses on building Indigenous Economic Development capacity, facilitating over $500 million in new business for North American Indigenous groups across diverse sectors. His strategic planning expertise and dedication to fostering Indigenous partnerships shine through in projects like transforming Pisim Power into a powerhouse in Indigenous infrastructure equity and expanding Arctos Industries into the U.S. Rob actively contributes to his community, serving on various boards and coaching for the Saskatchewan Archery Association.
A recipient of numerous accolades, including the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal, Rob enjoys archery and wilderness camping with his wife Kristin and their two daughters.
