Senior Facilitator, Career Transformation

Tanya Madden is a dedicated professional with a diverse background spanning social services, mining, and program facilitation. Her career began in social work, where she gained extensive experience supporting individuals and families through advocacy, guidance, and empowerment. This role developed her strengths in communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building.

Eager to embrace new challenges, Tanya transitioned into the mining sector by completing a Woman-specific potash mining program. She went on to work in underground mining, where she built resilience, adaptability, and strong teamwork skills in a demanding and safety-driven environment.

Tanya later joined Morris Interactive as a Program Coordinator, where she applied her combined experience in social work and mining to support impactful program delivery. In her current role as a Facilitator for the Career Transformation Program, Tanya help participants prepare for meaningful careers by combining industry knowledge with culturally relevant approaches. In addition, Tanya is also a certified Mental Health First Aid First Nations Facilitator, committed to fostering awareness, resilience, and mental wellness within Indigenous communities.
