Tanis Danchuk

As a Senior Consultant in Human Resources at Morris Interactive, Tanis excels in navigating complex people, culture, and organizational challenges. Her expertise includes employee relations, leadership development, and delivering impactful training to build confident HR and leadership teams. She partners with leaders to enhance workplace culture and create solutions that foster long-term capability. With significant experience in sectors like Indigenous communities, non-profit, education, financial services, government, and agriculture, she brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. Recent highlights include leading a Management Training & Leadership Development Program for municipal government, advising on organizational change and psychological safety, and spearheading HR strategy during rapid company growth. Tanis holds a B.A. from the University of Lethbridge and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Calgary. Passionate about community, she serves as Vice President of the Lacombe Point Condominium Board. Outside of work, she's a proud mother, hockey enthusiast, and music lover, enjoying vibrant social events and time in Mexico.
