Thérèse Bruyere

As a Senior HR Consultant at Morris Interactive, Thérèse brings a wealth of expertise in delivering strategic HR support, particularly within the agricultural and First Nations sectors. Thérèse excels at aligning HR strategies with the unique operational realities and seasonal demands of large-scale farming operations, ensuring long-term sustainability. Working closely with First Nations organizations, she has led initiatives to modernize HR functions, including the implementation of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), enhancing efficiency and decision-making. Notable projects include a comprehensive compensation audit for Sweetgrass and implementing BambooHR for Montreal Lake Cree Nation. With a strong background in HR, learning services facilitation, and business systems automation, Thérèse is dedicated to providing culturally respectful and sustainable solutions. A graduate of Algonquin College in Human Resources Management, Thérèse has also served as a former board member of the YWCA and volunteered with the Prairie Hospice Society. Outside of work, Thérèse enjoys spending time at the lake with friends and family.
