Her expertise extends to curriculum design and facilitation, with a strong emphasis on inclusion and team-building. Passionate about gender diversity, her thesis on this topic was published in a scholarly journal in 2024. She now supports sectors such as government and mining, where her efforts in developing the Inclusive Leadership program have made significant impacts.

Her academic achievements include a B.Comm (Honours) in Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan, where she also received the Edward R. Kendrick Scholarship for Business Communication and the Raj Manek Memorial Prize in Entrepreneurship.
